Estate Planning Practice Group

MacLean and Ema provides a variety of estate planning services. We tailor estate plans based upon the clients’ needs and recognize that some client circumstances call for simple estate plans, while others benefit from a more complex plan. Not only do we create plans for those with no prior planning, but we also review and modify existing plans to address changes in the law, tax code and client circumstances. Proper estate planning can provide you with the peace of mind you seek whether you are in your golden years and want to ensure your needs are met and your wishes carried out, or if you have a young family and are concerned with protecting and providing for your children in the event of an untimely death. Additionally, we counsel clients on estate planning matters as they relate to asset protection, second marriages, Florida homestead laws, and special needs beneficiaries.
